Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Step 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks
